Sue Clarke

 Patient Co-ordinator

My name is Susan Clarke and I am Patient Co-ordinator at The White House Dental Practice. I have worked at the practice for a total of 45 years firstly as a receptionist, nursing occasionally when staff were away, and as a Practice Manager for the last 25 years.

In my early years, I worked for the British Red Cross as secretary to a Welfare Officer and then secretary for a Service Manager in a large garage complex.

Never expecting to work in a dental practice, I have found the work challenging but rewarding being the catalyst between dentist, staff and patient.

My long memory stands me in good stead with over 4000 patients, and I can usually put a name to a face.

As with most things in life, time moves on and the practice embraces new technology and techniques and with an excellent team of three dental surgeons, three hygienists, four nurses and two at reception, the practice can only expand and move forward.

I firmly believe my mantra of treating patients how you would like to be treated yourself.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, swimming, travel and visiting my family.
